Shipping Information
Most smaller parts and shipments are shipped FedEx ground or UPS.
Parts marked as "Truck" are too large for FedEx or UPS and must be shipped by truck freight. The best rates are to a business in a commercial zoned area or you pick up from the freight terminal.
Some items such as glass may incure or require additional shipping/packing charges.
Make certain you inspect all packages and contents when they arrive in the presence of the driver/carrier. If you find any damage, make sure it is documented and file a claim with the driver/carrier at that time. All claims of damage, concealed damage, loss, or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier. Save all boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may want to inspect it. We apologize for this inconvenience - but this is the policy of most carriers. Any shortages or errors not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.
